Reclaiming Self After Toxic Relationships (online for 5 weeks starting June 23, 2026). In this group, learn coping strategies and practices that help you reclaim your Authentic Self after a toxic relationship. In Week 1, we'll focus on nervous system regulation and cutting out additional toxic input. Week 2 is about facing grief, loss, and tending to the inner child. In Week 3, learn to set boundaries. In Week 4, learn what self-care really means; create doable goals; and re-learn radical self-love. Week 5: Embrace joy; make new plans, create new traditions, and act from an empowered Self. This group meets for 5 Tuesdays starting Tuesday June 23, 2026.
